Hello, my name is Samantha Burnette. I’m a multimedia artist who specializes in 3D modeling, illustration, and graphic design. I own my own equine art related business, Another Horse Artistry where I create original sculptures and illustrations, as well as paint model horses. While my specialty is in equine art, I believe that it’s valuable to develop your artistic skills outside of a niche subject or medium. I also believe that the best artists are the ones who have a diverse background of life experiences.

My professional background as an artist includes a broad range of experiences that help shape and inspire my work. I’m a 10-year U.S. Army Veteran and during my time in service I was a 92G Culinary Food Specialist. This experience not only help build discipline and a sense of purpose for me, but it unknowingly taught me the art of building moral by keeping the needs of others in mind while creating something that looks appetizing. Which contribute to my success in graduating from the Columbus of Art and Design with a BFA in 3D animation with a minor in business.  As these experiences have impacted my ability to produce impactful designs and maintain client relations. 

Outside of the whelm of my professional experiences, I’m married my wonderful husband, Justin whom I own three wonderful cats with name, Theon, Mina, and Bean. I’ve also been lucky to own my horse, Julio. I enjoy horseback riding and primarily ride English with a focus on dressage and jumping. My other hobbies that I enjoy doing is model horse collecting/showing, hiking, camping, disk golf, costuming, gardening, and baking.
